Your Thoughts:

1/2/3. I wasn't sure what to expect before looking at Erik's page but I knew that I was interested in surrealistic looking photography. After looking through his most popular photos, I am enthralled by every one of his pictures. I wasn't expecting this big of a budget to be used for creating these dream-like images but it's clear just how much time and work was spent. He loves to mess with the mind and add his own twist to each photo making the viewer admire all his illusions. He also enjoys capturing the people really small in his photos in comparison with the large scale of nature. The way he edits the colors in each picture gives every surface a nicer looking texture that you can actually imagine touching with your hand. Its also quite evident that he likes using different sources of light and clouds in his photos adding to the mysterious effect he always goes for. For me, his photos look like something straight out of a fantasy story and his impossible-to-recreate style is something I could admire for hours.
